Under the theme Towards Outcome Economy, Manufacturing Performance Days 2017 will take place from 29 to 31 May 2017 in Tampere, Finland.

Manufacturing Performance Day is an international, high-level B2B summit. It is an executive and visionary seminar for manufacturing industries, researchers and technology and service providers worldwide.

Valletta (M) 15 & 16 June 2017 - Digital Assembly 2017

The 2017 edition of the Digital Assembly, hosted by the European Commission and the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union will happen in Valletta (Malta) on the 15 & 16 June 2017.

This year's theme is Digital Europe: Investing in the Future.

The Digital Assembly 2017 is an opportunity for stakeholders to debate, take stock and look ahead at how Europe and how its partners around the world are preparing for this digital transformation. It will also be an opportunity to have a dialogue on the benefits of the Digital Union for citizens with a special focus on our younger generations.

Brussels (BE) 3 July 2017: Research & Innovation - Shaping our Future

On 3 July, the European Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation will host an important conference on EU research and innovation: ‘Research & Innovation – Shaping Our Future’.

The conference will consider the outcomes of the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020. Pascal Lamy, the chair of the High-Level Group on maximising the impact of European research and innovation programmes, will present the Group's vision and recommendations for the future, based on the results of the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020.

During the conference, high level speakers will join participants to:

  • Discuss the recommendations of the High-Level Group
  • Debate game-changing ideas in an interactive panel format

Research & Innovation – Shaping Our Future’ will launch a stakeholder consultation on the successor framework programme to Horizon 2020.

Speakers will include Nobel Prize winners, major industry experts, researchers, innovators and policy makers.

Brussels (BE) 3 & 4 October 2017 - Industrial Innovation Info Days 2017

The 2017 edition of the the Partnership (PPP) Info Day will take place on 3 & 4 October in Brussels under a new name: 'Industrial Innovation Info Days'

Industrial Innovation Info Days 2017 is expected to focus on the next Factories of the Future call. It will include presentations on each call topic by Commission representatives, opportunities for questions and brokerage session for organisations seeking potential project partners or to join a potential project consortium.

Tallinn (EST) 24 & 25 October 2017 - ManuFuture 2017

Europe's major industry research and innovation event, the ManuFuture Conference, will take place in Tallinn (Estonia) on 24 & 25 October.
